Is it possible to create a pear shape during a BBL instead of hourglass? Would a pear shape require fat to be injected into the hips or can it be all injected into the buttocks?
Answer: BBL Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results. Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Pear shape after BBL Because genetics play a significant role in your overall body shape, you may have some anatomic limitations on how much you are able to change with a BBL. Wide hips and small chest distinguish a pear-shaped person. An hour-glass figure has curvy but proportionate hips with larger chest that balances hip measurements. The shape of your buttocks is determined by your pelvis, and the distribution of fat and muscle on top of your skeleton. If you buttocks are "A" shape, much of the fat is stored in your upper thighs; if "O", fat is stored in upper parts of your glutes; if "H", high hip bones or love handles. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs each year with favorable patient reviews. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results you are seeking.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Pear Shape The Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure designed to transfer fat from one area of the body, typically the stomach and thighs, hips, knees, and back to the buttock through liposuction. The procedure is meant to reshape, but also enhances the size of a buttock to better fit the figure and provides a perky appearance to rear end.It is unique by the use of the patients own harvested body fat, rather than the use of synthetic material. Yes, a pear shape can be achieved instead of an hourglass shape and it would involve injecting into the hip area. Next step for you is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss you options and goals. Best wishes.

Answer: Pear Shape BBL Hello, thanks so much for your interesting inquiry. It all depends in your frame, your available fat donor sites mostly. It is hard to give you an accurate evaluation without proper images. Please make sure that you and your surgeon are on the same page. Don't forget to discuss all your concerns, options and expectations thoroughly. Have a safe and pleasant PS Journey!Respectfully,Dr. Jaime Campos-LeonBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonIG drcamposleon

Answer: Pear shape BBL Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Yes, I think you could create a pear shape with a BBL by injections preferentially into the lateral hips. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. I suggest that you find a board-certified plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of patients who have had similar procedures. Good luck!
