Can the sauna shrink your glutes if I had a BBL?

The volume loss occurs over the first 6 weeks or so.  After that period of time the volume remains stable assuming weight is maintained. Sauna should not shrink glutes.Squats and lunges after BBL would increase muscle bulk and definition, which is probably a good thing in most women looking to achieve a more projected, lifted buttock.  However, just make sure that the body fat percentage is held in check or you will lose some of the fat.  Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Typically when you get in the sauna you swear a lot. This allows you to shed all of the extra "water weight" in your body. If you had your BBL more recently there was likely a fluid aspect to what was injected. A lot of PS don't remove all of the fluid from their lipoaspirate before injecting it. The sauna could therefore get rid of that "water" in your  booty. This "water" would have gone away eventually no matter what.
