Typically when you get in the sauna you swear a lot. This allows you to shed all of the extra "water weight" in your body. If you had your BBL more recently there was likely a fluid aspect to what was injected. A lot of PS don't remove all of the fluid from their lipoaspirate before injecting it. The sauna could therefore get rid of that "water" in your booty. This "water" would have gone away eventually no matter what.
