Sinus irritation, post nasal drip. Breast Implant Exchange in 3 days. Do I need to cancel?

I have post nasal drip making my throat a little sore. Some facial pressure, but it is the season. I can breathe through my nose and my mucus is either clear or a little white. I already cancelled once bc of getting chest pain checked (just gas apparently). And now this, do I need to cancel? Will they check my sinuses before surgery at the office?
