I perform over 200 XL augmentations a year- more than anyone else in the U.S. Although you will undoubtedly receive other answers condemning your decision, discouraging you, and telling you it's a terrible idea, when performed properly, by an experience surgeon, there is no higher complication rate and they last just as long as smaller sized implants. I say go for it if that's what you want!

You can probably go bigger implants but additional risks are involved, excess skin stretch, bottoming out, excessive thinning of the overlying tissues, stretch marks, lateral implant malposition. The list of complications from very large implants goes on and on and on, I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I do not recommend going bigger with such heavy large implants. That size will tend to thin your tissue and sag much more quickly. Go back and look at your before photos. You have just forgotten what you did look like.
