Hello, I lost a lot of weight and now my face is thin which has aged me greatly. What can I do to replace that facial volume that is permanent and non-surgical? Is Renuva the best option? I’m afraid of permanent face fillers causing autoimmune issues and I’m afraid of a fat transfer being unsuccessful

Hi, Renuva is a simple way to regain facial volume naturally. It is convenient because it is a simple injection and you can get it at any clinic that offers the service. You do need to be aware that because it is a more permanent solution, you need to find someone who really knows how to use the product. Because it is so simple to use, it could end up in the wrong hands and you will be left with the consequences of poorly injected product. The other thing you should be aware of is that it is made from donated human tissue. The product has no live cells and is sterilized, so the risk of infection transmission is negligible, however, immune reactions are something you should be aware of. I prefer autologous fat transfers. Renuva is a great option for age related fat loss.  It works similarly to traditional HA fillers in that you can see some immediate improvement.  It differs however in that over time the product is gradually replaced by your own fat, giving longer lasting results.  Another option for longer lasting results that you can build on is Sculptra.
