I don't see why there's an issue with privacy if the patient themselves ask for it to be filmed?

I have patients sign a consent form which allows or does not allow me permission to photograph and/or video their experiences and results.  They are able to change their consent at any time.  I appreciate my patients who allow me to use their images to help others better understand the treatments that interest them and see potential results.
