What causes instant swelling around cut?

Have Cut near eye brow happened last week was a little swollen it went done and was fine today it swelled up around the cut and now black and blue and blood coming out

Dear Pekkle, Not sure what your surgeon was addressing with the kenalog injection. I personally do not use steroid injections under the eyes and have no need for it in my post operative patients. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
