The best treatment for skin rejuvenation and prevention

This is a common problem for patients who lose lots of weight through diet and exercise.  It sounds to me like you are on the right track.  Just as it took you time to lose weight, it may take time to achieve the best facial correction with filler.  You may need to invest over time in more Juvederm Voluma or Sculptra to fill in the lost volume.  Investigating a skin tightening procedure that uses ultrasound or radiofrequency could also be beneficial.  I recommend finding a physician who understands your goals and can work with you over time to achieve your ideal correction.

Congratulations on the weight loss. I believe if you maintain the weight loss, you will eventually want a definitive treatment by surgical removal of the excess skin and replacement of mid face volume with fat; however, until then, consider a series of Sculptra treatment in addition to Ultherapy to help improve facial volume and skin turgor by maximally stimulating new collagen growth.
