Hi @bj1994. I recommend a few units of Botox into the DAO muscle. The injections stop the DAO muscle pulling down the corners of the mouth. way is to try hyaluronic acid fillers like
Juvederm, initially. If you have jowls as well, then you may require a Lower
Face and Necklift to
be done simultaneously with soft tissue fillers to maximize the results on your commissures.
