This Ectropion usually is due to edema (swelling) of the eyelids after surgery which can be corrected by taping the lower eyelid with a tape (steri strip) attached firmly under traction from the lower eyelid 2mm under the eyelash to half an inch above the corner of the outer part of the eye to the temporal area and massaging over the taped area every hour for 5 minutes during the day for 2 to 3 weeks thus squeezing the swelling down and the eye will usually retract to its normal position. If during massaging the eyelid gets sore then rest for a few hours and resume the massaging again. This condition will resolve nicely in a short time.

At this point most of the inflammation from a surgical excision should be gone. I would have someone try an injection of steroid which should help eliminate any residual inflammation.
