I’ve been getting lip fillers for a few years, but the past few times it seems the product is being injection too high (above the vermillion boarder) causing a “puffy” effect with two lines coming down. It’s been three months since my last injection, so what you’re seeing in the photo is not swelling from the procedure. I asked my injector about it and all she said was “I don’t know why it looks that way. I’m not injecting any higher than usual.”
