thank you for your question and photo.  Based on your photos appears as if you had a periareolar mastopexy. The rippling is totally normal.  This normally takes several months to settle down and ultimately should be fine.

You will need to give at least 6 months and maybe longer before deciding on whether or not you need a revision.  The tissues have to soften. Best of luck

Hello,I am sorry to hear about your recovery. It is still very early in your recovery so the final result is yet to be seen. One of the issues with a concentric mastopexy (it appears this is what you had) is that you are taking a much larger circle and shrinking it to a smaller one. The skin will accommodate and contract to a point but if the amount of skin needed to "lift" your breast was significant, then it becomes more difficult for the skin to do so. Scalloping or rippling is typical and you may have some remain after all healed. Often this can be easily revised if necessary. Stay the course and keep in contact with your surgeon. 

Thank you for your question and photograph. I do see your concern. Usually, it takes at least six months for the suture line to soften such that the circular nature of the areola will return. I would wait at least that long before contemplating any revision. Congratulations on your surgery.
