Is it possible to transform a large, saggy T-shaped belly button into a small, tight, oval-shaped belly button through surgery?

Question

At age 32 (weighing 112 lbs) I had laser lipo done on my belly. One of the incisions was through my belly button. I am now 38 years old (weight fluctuates between 105-112 lbs) and recently noticed that my skin is pretty loose above the belly button. I've never had children and won't consider a tummy tuck. I just don't want a droopy looking belly button. It's not apparent in the last picture but while laying down, the belly button is slightly raised. Do I have any options?

There are limited options to reshaping a belly button. With a larger surgery such as tummy tuck, the belly button shape can be changed into a narrow or oval belly button. You will be limited to how much change can be performed if you keep the incision only around the belly button. Hope this helps!
