Before jumping to surgery, need to know:
Any Hormonal Treatment? Under the care of specialist (Endocrinologist)?
Are you under Psychiatric care?
Need to live the sex desired for at least two years.
How large an implant can be used depends on your chest anatomy, can the skin accommodate a large implant? 
Medical care must involve the entire patient care and not only the surgery.
