Mentor Moderate (low) not moderate plus? I want a cute boost that says "I'm a woman". What are your thoughts?

450ccM+ would be my suggestion to you. The Moderate just seems to be too flat once my patients are healed and they seem to always long for a little more projection (even my patients who want "smaller more natural" yet womanly breasts).I genuinely encourage you to stick with the moderate plus.Good luck on your journey!

Photos would be helpful to answer the question more specifically as depending on the thickness and tightness of the tissue you already have the result will differ and so you may want to repost with photos.
My impression from what you have written is that you do not have much breast tissue (A cup) and so the moderate implant may not give you quite enough projection to give the cute boost, you may need the moderate plus.
I recommend you try on sizers of both implants to be sure the moderate will be enough.

The difference between the Moderate and moderate plus is minimal. You would do well with either. I have found on taller transsexual patients that I err towards a flatter (wider-moderate) implant and usually go a bit larger than I thought due to the overly developed pectoralis muscles.
A 450cc moderate or moderate plus should give you what you are looking for.
