Hi, A word of advice. When the nipple areolar is displaced laterally as is the case in your pics, the implant will not be fully centered behind the areolar as in a person AFAB. Its something to be aware of. A smaller implant placed more laterally, leaving a wider space between the breasts will make it appear more natural without garments on as it will be more centered behind the areolar. A Mentor moderate plus profile 400 cc silicone implant has a base width of 13cm which still may be on the high side for you but a simple proper measurement will confirm. Good luck.

Based on these photos and your narrow chest, frame, your cup size should be in the range of 130-150 ml.. This means that implants in the range of 300 ml. would do better if you want 2 cup sizes up. Good luck.

Hello! Thank you for your question and photos. The right size/style of implant is really a choice for the individual based on what their preferences are. In my office, I allow my patients to try on a range of sizes to see which gives them the fullness they are looking for. Style of implant can then be discussed to get the most desired shape. I am not sure if you were able to try on implants at your consultation appointment, but that might be something to consider to make sure that the 400 cc Mentor moderate plus implant is going to be the right choice.
