What techniques are used to create a non-augmented look? (Photos)

Question

I am 6 feet tall with an ectomoroh body type. 15BWD Can you create a non-augmented look with a natural sag by dissecting the pocket or surrounding tissues slightly bigger than what’s needed to fit the implant? Does opting for a low profile implant over the other profiles contribute to a softer look by not having to project out so much? To receive a flatter non-augmented cleavage, if my BWD is 15, would a mentor moderate plus 450CC 13.6 achieve that? What about moderate classic?

You should easily be able to achieve a natural and proportionate look using sound biodimensional analysis and appropriate use of breast implants. The lower the projection, the less "augmented" the result will be. If you seek a natural appearing breast that does not look round and fake, I would go with a lower and more moderately projecting implant. I believe that a moderate plus implant with your given width will not look overly natural and I would tend to go with either a moderate or even a low plus projecting implant. Ultimately, I would need to examine you in my office, feel your soft tissues, and take appropriate measurements in order to give you my best recommendations and surgical plan. #Sigalift

If you want to look less round and have less fullness up to for a more natural look, there needs to be more natural tissue and less implant. You may be able to gain breast tissue through hormone cycling, and the other option is to perform fat grafting at the time of implant placement to help smooth out the borders of the implant and make the breast look more natural.
