What techniques are used to create a non-augmented look? (Photos)

You should easily be able to achieve a natural and proportionate look using sound biodimensional analysis and appropriate use of breast implants. The lower the projection, the less "augmented" the result will be. If you seek a natural appearing breast that does not look round and fake, I would go with a lower and more moderately projecting implant. I believe that a moderate plus implant with your given width will not look overly natural and I would tend to go with either a moderate or even a low plus projecting implant. If you want to look less round and have less fullness up to for a more natural look, there needs to be more natural tissue and less implant. You may be able to gain breast tissue through hormone cycling, and the other option is to perform fat grafting at the time of implant placement to help smooth out the borders of the implant and make the breast look more natural.
