Multi-recurrent capsular contracture is a difficult problem to contend with. However, I think you have one more chance to achieve a beautiful and soft breast. Very likely that treatment of capsular contracture, at this stage, should involve acellular dermal graft and fat grafting. It is very expensive procedure and should be done by a real expert. Good luck.
