I am my 4th breast surgery, I have symmastia and both implants have capsular contracture. I’ve had numerous consultations, emailed some very well known breast surgeons with no hope. I will attach pictures, hoping some breast surgeon will reach out and give me hope.

Multi-recurrent capsular contracture is a difficult problem to contend with. However, I think you have one more chance to achieve a beautiful and soft breast. For these challenging cases, I typically perform a site change, P4HB full wrap ravioli construct with implant exchange and judicious use of various antibiotics, irrigations, and other postoperative protocol. Very likely that treatment of capsular contracture, at this stage, should involve acellular dermal graft and fat grafting. It is very expensive procedure and should be done by a real expert. Good luck.
