Is it normal to feel a "friction" or "rubbing" when massaging an implant?

I'm 5 weeks post op and when I do my daily massages my right breast almost feels like a painless friction with the movement , my left breast doesn't have any of these feelings. Could this be an early sign of CC? I have 320 cc smooth round and both breast look the same in appearance.
