Is it normal to have vaginal discharge 10 days after liposuction and BBL?

I had liposuction and fat transfer for a brazilian butt lift. It has been 10 days since my procedure was done and I have had some vaginal discharge for a couple of days. The discharge has a mucousy texture with some light reddish and brownish color, kind of like the last days of a one's period . It comes out of the urethra, so I do not know if it is just the body eliminating excess liquids and blood from the liposuction or if it some kind of infection.
