Fat transfer to the buttock or any other location is an art and not how much fat one can inject regardless of the art and science.You have fat necrosis and some excess fat is coming out of the skin, could be infected, needs to be cultured for every thing, bacteria, fungus , strange bacteria(takes 6 weeks to grow in cultures). Local  treatment, drainage, and antibiotics. This fluid could be either a seroma, fat necrosis (dead liquified fat) or pus (due to infection). The former 2 , do not cause pain or tenderness. Cultures may not yield anything, if you are already on antibiotics.They have been already drained and cultures taken. Majority of times, these are small and no defects are left behind to warrant further intervention.
