Kelly,Congrats on having the procedure. WHat you are experiencing is not uncommon. Small areas of the incision may open at any time over the first 1-4 weeks of an abdominoplasty. Yellow non smelling drainage may also occur. Your incision does not appear to have any signs of infection. The yellow underneath is fat, some alive and some dead (fat necrosis) which will heal over the next few weeks.Good luck.Dr T

It looks like you may have some small openings that are not infected, but you have some fat necrosis in which some of the fat cells liquify and typically they open at the high tension areas a long the scar. It can drain for a while , just keep gauze over it .
