Are these results due to my body not taking the surgery well or did the surgeon do a bad job? (Photos)

It's unclear why you had the revision and what your goals were for the surgery. If, as an extreme example, your goals were to get rid of all your stretch marks, you may have had unrealistic expectations. Obviously, whatever your goals, the success is limited by your skin elasticity. I'm sorry you're not happy with your BBL result. I would suggest you speak honestly with your surgeon. Make a list of concerns on paper so you can get answers - too often patients get flustered and forget to ask things. Any surgeons ultimate goal is a happy patient so your surgeon should be responsive to your concerns and questions. Good luck.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, sewlling is still normal.
