Are these results due to my body not taking the surgery well or did the surgeon do a bad job? (Photos)

I'm 3 months post op. I had a revision tummy tuck and bbl. The bbl results are a joke. Dr said she put 1liter of pure fat but i see no difference and my measurements are the same (except waist is larger). I had to have a transfusion after the surgery. Severe persistent anemia has led to slight weight gain (5 lbs) which may be affecting results. Tummy tuck photos speak for themselves. Still lots of excess skin. Is this her fault or is my body defective?
