I would like to know if this is normal , to have this little pouch under chin , i have it since i have stopped wearing the head bandage at night a week ago ....

This would be the best time to address both issues. During a facelift procedure, an incision is made behind the ear. This is the same incision that is used for corrective otoplasty.
From the limited photos, and angle of the photos provided there is little difference between the two and it appears to be normal. It takes several months to be able to access the final outcome of your facelift.
Tongue sensation comes from the lingual nerve, which is located underneath the outer aspect of the floor of your mouth and deep the mandible. Injuring this nerve during a lower facelift would be very unlikely and difficult. I would contact a local otolaryngologist (ENT surgeon)...
