5 weeks post op, I have a small pouch under chin after lower face lift and neck lift. Is this normal? (photos)

Ear pinning and lower face/neck lift can easily be done together.  The same scar is used and your recovery is all at the same time and there is only one anesthesia.  These are good procedures to combine.

From the limited photos,  and angle of the photos provided there is little difference between the two and it appears to be normal. It takes several months to be able to access the final outcome of your facelift.
