Is the scalp micro pigmentation good idea to camouflage over harvested donor area ? but over time the original hair in the donor area will turn into white or grey and the pigments have different color what the solution then ? Thanks In advance

Scalp MicroPigmentation or SMP is basically a tattoo.  It is best to see a doctor if you are considering a SMP procedure.Many people with FUE have SMP to cover their FUE scar.

Using scalp pigmentation to hide or camouflage scarring and over-harvesting in the donor area post hair transplant is very possible. The pigment often reacts differently into scar tissue and may require deeper or more sessions overtime. The pigment is not coloured but shades or a tone. Grey hair is less of a concern than really believed. The basis of the treatment is to create a contrast between hair and skin so it appears you have hair. When hair is cut short the look of white or grey is reduced anyway so the contrast remains. If not then a shaved hair would not be seen. As a result the tone could be altered if you wished but in general it is not required as the idea is to create the contrast not to reduce the contrast.

Scalp micropigmentation can be a great modality for a donor area that has been thinned out.  The pigments are mixed to match your hair color.Your question about hair color over the years is a good one. Unlike a tattoo, Scalp micropigmentation is not permanent in that it will start to fade in 8-10 years, requiring a touchup.  At that time, ongoing changes in your hair color can be addressed and lighter pigment colors used.As a worst-case scenario, scalp micropigmentation can be removed with a laser.Find someone who has been well-trained and is experienced in scalp micropigmentation, and have a consultation to see if you are a candidate based on your hair color and the appearance of your donor area.
