Can some explain what this "adjustment" is about to avoid fading?

Question

Scalp micro pigmentation after about two weeks, after each procedure the pigment has vanished. I understand there are immune system issues and post care op is critical. I have followed the post op care flawlessly. Some professionals have commented that the process needs to be "adjusted" to ensure that fading and vanishing of pigment does not happen again. Can some explain what this "adjustment" is about? The upshot is that this proves costly. For no real result or return. Not a happy client.

Scalp MicroPigmentation SMP results vary from clinic to clinic as well as person to person.SMP is basically a light tattoo that required 3 or more sessions to gradually increase the shading.  Trying to do the SMP in one session may make it look too dark or blotchy.

It really depends on the technique and pigments used so hard to be precise. But generally the pigment fades after the initial sessions. Until it leaves a base that remains stable. Each session builds up the base until it reaches a stage the final result is achieved and is solid. Different techniques/pigments and skin characteristics all play a role in how many sessions may be required and over what time frame.

After the first SMP procedure, the body may attack the pigments and remove some or all of it. Once the provider know this, the provider can adjust what is done on the second and third session
