1 month ago I had scalp micropigmentation. The micropigments have gone blue in color? Will this fade after years or it will be here for the rest of my life? Is this dangerous for my health? Thank you

Scalp Micropigmentation SMP does not affect transplanted hair or harm existing hairs.  Something is not right with what you experienced.  You may want follow up with your doctor.
