Does transplanted hair graphs fall after 1 month? (photos)

On 4 jan 2016 i hv transplanted my hair,and today its 7 feb 2016,hairs which i hv transplanted have almost fall of.is it natural or anything to worry,will my hair grow over there or not....plz let me know i m very much worried.
