under the supervision of my surgeon in egypt & 2 dermatologists in Dubai i've been taking the following: 1- vit C , topical antibiotic, anti inflammatory meds for 2 weeks 2- fucicort twice daily & mebo oint for burns for 2 weeks 3- doxycyclin 100 once daily for 2 weeks. 4- with very slow & minor improvement my surgeon said i may have post inflamm. Hyper pigmentation and asked me to apply elecon & elidel ointement and some soothing creams. Do i really have PIH? will those new meds help me? Any SE

Answer: You need to be under the supervision of your doctor if you have redness and inflammation/ infection.

Patients with thin hair are not automatically disqualified as hair transplant patients. If that were the case there would be no HT industry. However, patients with miniaturized donor areas are disqualified. That's what it sounds like you were told by your HT doctor. But this may not be the case....
