If you have issues after your surgery, it is best to follow up with your doctor for a recheck. It is hard to diagnosis or tell what you may have or what issues you had during surgery (which may be a factor).

Dear Aakash Thanks for the question. Most patients are surprised there is virtually no pain during an hair transplant procedure done under a local anesthetic. After the surgery, patients will typically feel some minor discomfort. I wish you all the best.

The area is inflamed. You should worry about an infection which would put your grafts at risk. Go back to see your doctor for an evaluation and appropriate treatment. If you have an infection, you will need appropriate cultures and antibiotics.

Patients with thin hair are not automatically disqualified as hair transplant patients. If that were the case there would be no HT industry. However, patients with miniaturized donor areas are disqualified. That's what it sounds like you were told by your HT doctor. But this may not be the case....
