Why scalp color is different from translated area to non-transplanted area ?

It's been 2nd month that I've completed my hair transplant, but I still see the scalp color difference between the transplanted area and non-transplanted area. I feel the transplanted area is shiny and little up to the other surface and little sensitive than other area - is it expected ?
