Can lower alar be reshaped if it is not a cartilage?

I'm only interested in reshaping the alar base without surgery. From nose anatomy, this part is just a fibrofatty tissue and not cartilage, neither is as hard as it, even if elastic. Can it be narrowed with exercises naturally? Or with botox atleast?

There are several parts to each area of the nose. There we need to adjust the cartilage and soft tissue under the skin. We should be able to do that.
