Which procedure would help me achieve my desired nose and can it be performed under local anesthesia? (photos)

Mid 20s female. I was wondering what procedures would be needed in order to refine my nose in this way. I’m aware the nostrils augment is called alarplasty but what we be needed for the top of the nose tip. Also could it be performed w/ local anathesia like the alarplasty?

There are several parts to each area of the nose. There we need to adjust the cartilage and soft tissue under the skin. We should be able to do that.

The reduction you achieved is adequate although subtle. It seems that you did not have very wide nostrils to begin with. It is always better to be conservative with alarplasty. Give it at least a whole year and then decide if you want any further reduction. Regards Dr. J
