Which procedure would help me achieve my desired nose and can it be performed under local anesthesia? (photos)

You can have the lower half of the nose (tip and nostrils) addressed without breaking the nasal bones. Tip-plasty can address the bulbous tip either through closed or open approach to make it narrow and refined.
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. However, it is important to note that asymmetry of nostrils is common and cannot be corrected with alarplasty.
Both of these can be done under local anethesia.

You are describing what is known as alar wedge resection. I do them all the time and can be done under local anesthesia . There are many variations of alar wedge excision and many surgeons who either don’t do them or take out too small a piece. So you may need multiple consults to fine the right surgeon

Nicely posted photos. I recommend local anesthesia with IV sedation to calm yourself to lay still in surgery. Doing only local anesthesia is more painful and can cause issues. Fee $6,000. Best to virtual consult with.....
