Is 32B size normal for 18 year old or is there a need to work on it? If yes, then how can I work on it?

Hi vaish0327 , I understand your concern. However, normal breast size and appearance for a certain age group is a rather debatable topic and is considered highly subjective. If you are, however, unhappy with how your breast looks, you can certainly consider breast augmentation surgery. You should visit a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and also to have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

vaish0327.  Factors like height, weight and body type all contribute to deciding which breast size is appropriate for each individual. Bottom line, if you are happy with the size of your breasts, then that is the perfect size for you! Try not to be coerced by boyfriends or other individuals, as it is your body and Your opinion and desires are all that matter! Don’t do anything right now unless you are unhappy about the size of your breasts. If you are considering breast augmentation, consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck.

 I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I do this with my patients, we then look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them.
