I have a pulling sensation at & above belly button after Tummy Tuck, can't stand straight & a dimple above my belly button?

I had a tummy tuck 2 weeks ago and am not able to stand any more straight than right after surgery. I don't feel like the incision is stretching when I try to straighten myself, or much pain. I feel a pull at and above the belly button, that's why I can't stand up. There's a dimple right above my new belly button, that straightens when I try to stand more straight and is more dimpled when I'm very hunched over. What might that be, and is this all normal?
