I have terrible smokers lines and regret that I used to smoke so much. I have had fillers around my mouth but they haven't helped. I don't want filler in my lips as I don't want a pout and I don't want to risk laser as I scar easy and it scares me. What's the other option to improve them.

Answer: Smoker's Lines Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. Smoker's lines are very difficult to treat. Options include fillers, micro-needling (series) with or without PRP, micro-needling with an RF device such as Fractora, and neuromodulators such as Dysport or Botox. More recently J-Plasma has become available.
