How can I get rid of cheek dimples/dents? (Photo)

Question

I have dimples right under my eyes on top of my cheeks. I want to get rid of these dents/ dimples permanently. The right side dent is much deeper than then the left one..I don't smile because the dents show too much..please help!!

Hello! It’s hard to tell from the photo exactly what the issue is.  If you are talking about the common groove that develops under the eyes where they meet the cheeks then I would suggest fillers as the first choice.  If there is actually swelling there, such as malar edema, I have had success with micro liposuction followed taping a cotton dental roll over the area for 24-48 hours.  A thorough exam is a better way to diagnose your situation.

These are not dimples at all but rather something I call hollows, basically it is just a genetic form of volume loss. Very typical and easy to fix. A cheek filler such as a thicker restylane or voluma can fill them in. Don't go to permanent fillers for the first injection, get something non permanent so you can see if you like how it looks. By filling your upper cheeks it will also have the added effect of pulling your jowl line up from the added volume displacing surface skin area, which will also define your jaw line. (Just an added bonus)  
PS: One side is worse than the other because thats the side you sleep on for most of the night. Just an observation ive made over the years.
