I have a very flat forehead and it's clear that I could benefit from additional volume to create a more convex shape. Such procedures are common in Asia, but less so in the US, and I would like to know who the leading doctors are in this field. Initially I would like to proceed with filler rather than an implant, although if the filler wears off too quickly I may choose an implant in the future. Please note, my inquiry is not for lines, or wrinkles, but for a more sculptural augmentation.

Hard to tell from the photo you submitted. Some crease is normal when you are in the sitting position but if it is prominent when you are standing straight it might be worth seeing a plastic surgeon to discuss.
HI @Babysroom! I recommend waiting a full two weeks for swelling to resolve. If you are unhappy with the results after two weeks, you can dissolve the the product with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
