Hi everyone,I am very strongly considering getting a rhinoplasty procedure. What do you guys think? Possibly a chin implant would be needed to bring out the jaw too I am thinking?...Roughly what sort of cost would I be looking at? (For all procedures?)I live in Melbourne, Australia.Thanks everyone :)

The photograph demonstrates an overly projecting nose and under projecting chin. The rhinoplasty procedure could de-project the nose, reduce the columellar show and remove the dorsal hump. This can be performed through a closed rhinoplasty techniques. A chin implant would help significantly with facial balance and is inserted through a sub mental approach. Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes, are composed of Silastic and give added augmentation to the chin  which gives the illusion that the nose is not as projecting. Ok, First you are young and yes there is an imbalance.  The biggest issue is the short mandible or lower jaw.  Do your teeth meet correctly?  Do you have to force the lips together to close them?  If the answer to these questions is yes, no then it might be a short chin.  But most of the time the lower jaw is short and the face balance is off.  Yes, the nose could be reduced, but that is not the major issue.  I would see an orthodontist and possibly an oral surgeon for consultation.

Yes, I agree.  A rhinoplasty would benefit you.  The goal of the rhinoplasty would be to reduce and refine your nose.  You do need a chin implant to balance the lower half of your face.  The purpose of the chin implant is to add projection.  If you place your finger from your lip down, your chin should touch your finger...your chin is significantly behind.
