I feel my face has little harmony & symmetry, side profile is very "bad" What procedures would you recommend for my nose?(photo)

 The photograph demonstrates an overly projecting nose and under projecting chin. The rhinoplasty procedure could de-project the nose, reduce the columellar show and remove the dorsal hump. This can be performed through a closed rhinoplasty techniques. A chin implant would help significantly with facial balance and is inserted through a sub mental approach. Ok, First you are young and yes there is an imbalance.  The biggest issue is the short mandible or lower jaw.  Do your teeth meet correctly?  Do you have to force the lips together to close them?  If the answer to these questions is yes, no then it might be a short chin.  But most of the time the lower jaw is short and the face balance is off.  Yes, the nose could be reduced, but that is not the major issue.  I would see an orthodontist and possibly an oral surgeon for consultation.
