In your case, I would also consider a small chin implant, liposuction of the submental area, and fat transplantation with release of the labial mental crease. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. For ideal profile you need rhinoplasty and chin prothesis. because your chin is really retrograd and you need to augment your chin. In my ıdea. you don't need much more chin liposuction but if you want more define jawline it can be done.
