What procedures would I need for a better profile? (Photo)

Question

I know an obvious rhinoplasty, maybe chin lipo? I'm not a candidate for cool sculpting and I hear mixed reviews about kybella. I definitely want a more defined "L" shaped jawline.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think rhinoplasty is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons.  In your case, I would also consider a small chin implant, liposuction of the submental area, and fat transplantation with release of the labial mental crease.  A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you

The photographs demonstrate a recessive mandible and chin profile. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the nose from the side profile. Both the rhinoplasty and a chin implant can be performed simultaneously or separately depending upon what you're trying to accomplish. A standalone chin implant can be performed under local anesthesia, while a rhinoplasty procedure is performed under general anesthesia

For ideal profile you need rhinoplasty and chin prothesis. because your chin is really retrograd and you need to augment your chin. In my ıdea. you don't need much more chin liposuction but if you want more define jawline it can be done.
