I am looking to get my nose hump fixed, my tip more pointy and my noise straightened. My skin is thick and I am running out of time to find a good surgeon in Florida. I need it done before August. Is this realistic? Should I plan or next year instead? I'm a teacher so august through may I'm in the classroom.
