I had rhinoplasty about 2.5 years ago. As my nose was healing my surgeon told me my tip was leaning to the right and advised me to pinch my nose tip. He also injected a filler to the right side of my nose tip on two separate occasions, telling me it would make it temporarily more malleable for pinching. The injections were done around 12 months and 18 months post surgery. Is the ball at the end of my nose from the pinching or fillers? Or was my rhinoplasty botched?
