Is there a non invasive procedure that could guarantee results? I just turned 43 and very insecure with these areas!!
Answer: Mini Facelift & Mini Necklift -- FaceTite RF for internal skin tightening + Neck Liposuction for definition/contouring FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. In one quick treatment, we can tighten skin, remove fat, and contour the lower face, jawline, and jowls with only a weekend of downtime. Keep in mind that combination approaches will give you a more significant improvement as opposed to a single procedure. I recommend getting a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Tighten up loose skin around the neck and lower face with Morpheus8 treatments Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Profound I would recommend Profound RF for your lower face and neck. This device uses microneedling with radiofrequency which allows your skin to produce an anabolic wound healing response. This means that over the next 3-6 months you will rebuild up to 5x your own collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. It is a minimally invasive treatment that will give you about a week of bruising and swelling. In my opinion this is the best non surgical option for you.

Answer: MMT and Aesthetic Facial Balancing for a Non-Invasive Mini Facelift for a Refreshed and Rejuvenated Appearance Hello, and thank you for your question! I believe that you would be a great candidate for a procedure that I call Aesthetic Facial Balancing. A large part of my practice is using this procedure. What this means is evaluating a patients face and bringing the features into harmony by making adjustments with either hyaluronic acid or fat. The most important component of a fillers treatment is the practitioner administering it. I take filler and balance all features in your face from top to bottom to make them work together to 'unlock' your beauty. This procedure is not just a filler intervention augmenting the cheeks and lips, but as in overall, non surgical way to shape the face in a different way to create natural appearing results. Alternatively, noninvasive skin tightening would be another route for you to consider. I would urge you to find a responsible and knowledgable plastic surgeon and not focus on brand names as this is the least important part of your decision. As far as longevity- the six week results of your intervention are as permanent as anything in your body can be. You will continue to age depending on your genetics and environmental factors. The problem with noninvasive skin tightening is that everyone wants it and everyone wants to believe it works. The result is practitioners of all sorts capitalizing on this demand. The truth about skin tightening interventions is that almost "all of them work", yet none of them actually give long term results. What I mean by this is that there are many ways to convert energy into heat inside or below the skin causing contraction. The problem is that to deliver clinically effective results the tissue needs to reach at a minimum 43 C which is uncomfortable and can be scary for the patient and the practitioner. This often results in ineffective treatment and wasted time and money. I have developed extensive experience with noninvasive technologies, not because I'm a fan but because my patients demand it. After using several "best in class" technologies to deliver definitive results, my patients were relatively pleased but I was underwhelmed. This is why I started using a treatment that we call Maercks Multimodal Therapy(MMT) in my practice. All this is is an intelligently designed multitechnology treatment customized for the individual patient. I use multiple diffferent frequencies and administration systems for radiofrequency delivery, three different ultrasound frequencies, infrared pulsed light, two different laser systems in concert to deliver immediate significant results that are hard to argue with and continue improving for weeks. I think the only way to get real results is to combine technologies under the direction of a plastic surgeon that understands the capabilities and limitations of noninvasive skin tightening. No one technology really delivers anything significant. Also realize that even my MMT results that I am very proud of do not remotely compare to what I can achieve with surgery and the cost can approach or exceed that of surgery depending on location and individual patient findings. I hope this helps! Wishing you beautiful results,Dr. Rian Maercks M.D.

Answer: Facelift (surgery) or Non or Minimally invasive? Englewood Cliffs New Jersey In my opinion, the answer is simple. If you have involvement of the platysma muscle, a facelift is the only procedure that will adequately treat the neck. If you have loose skin, a minimally invasive or non-invasive procedure can produce nice Improvement. However, it is not as reproducible as a facelift done by an experienced plastic surgeon.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADBoard Certified DermatologistRealself All-star

Answer: Best Procedure To Tighten Loose Face & Neck Skin Nothing in life is guaranteed, and I would consider it a red flag if anyone guaranteed you results with non-invasive treatments. You would need at least a micro-invasive, non-surgical treatment to address your areas of concern. Of these, the best in my opinion are ThermiTight and FaceTite. Both should give you some level of improvement if performed in experienced hands. Realistic expectations are a must. If you are looking for dramatic results then surgery would be your best option. Make sure you see an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine if non-surgical options are appropriate for you. Hope this helps answer your question.
