Do butt enlargement oils work? And why?

It’s not possible for you to change your own fat distribution.

I don’t know how oils would claim to do this but I can assure you they do not work

Dear Chanda,
Buttock enhancement can be done safely with fat transfer, done by a skilled surgeon who does them frequently, in a certified surgical facility.
Solid Implants made from silicone are an option, but the extrusion rate and displacement over the years is high.
Sculptra is an option for smaller amounts of enhancement, but is not as long lasting compared with fat, and more pricey.
Beware of alternatives other than these, as they may not be medical grade, and cause long term issues.
