How can aqua filler body injections be removed?

Hi, I have had aqua filler injections in my buttocks and want them removed as the shape has gotten deformed and filler overly hard. It also seems to be moving from my body where it was injected as there is now some in my front thigh ( I confirmed this via ultra sound). Could you please let me know what the best ways to remove this are?

Removal of permanent fillers following buttock injections is the same whether silicone liquid, PMMA, hydrogels, or others have been injected. In all cases surgery is required, sometimes extensive, to remove the problematic areas. Although a surgeon will need to be very strategic and remove as much as possible, it is never possible to remove 100% of the material. This also means that similar problems can arise in the future that may require additional surgery to remove more problematic areas as they occur. Glad to be of help.

fillers that incorporate into soft tissues like HA or silicone injections cannot be removed.Fillers that create their own space and encapsulate can be removed through aspiration. radiologic evaluation can be helpful in assessing The location. Follow up radiographic assessment using MRI or ultrasound can also assess how much of the filler was removed.It’s possible and interventional radiologist may do this more successfully.Start by talking to the provider I did the injection.that person is responsible for the work they did.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
