Greetings JasmineI hope this finds you and your family safe. "Small Dents" on the butt may be filled with the traditional fillers such as Sculptra or a robust hyaluronic acid like Voluma. Both can provide excellent results if done correctly. I prefer to do such procedures over two or three visits to allow swelling to resolve and good collagen growth to occur, providing a "natural" fill. I prefer to use HC-PRP mixed with these fillers or a adipose based filler like Renuva.Microneedling of the surrounding area allows renewed collagen growth and helps to smooth any remaining divots or stretch marks. The combination also extends the length of the used filler. I hope this helps.Stay safe and have a wonderful day.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)Dr. Luis Mejia.
Without a photo or physical exam it is very difficult to answer this question. Nonetheless, other than “fillers” such as hyaluronic acids or cadaver fat matrices such as Renuva, there is no medical grade non-surgical options. Even these two options are quite temporary and not permanent. If the dent is truly rather small then fat grafting may be a good permanent surgical option. Hope this helps.
Dear Jasmine Cohenny,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, fat transfer is a great option to treat dents. If you want to avoid surgery, then you can consider Sculptra. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, without pictures or an in-person evaluation it is difficult to answer your question. Some of the options include Cellfina (if there is an adhesion causing the dent), Sculptra or Bellafill (collagen stimulating dermal fillers), and fat transfer. Costs are going to vary greatly from office to office so it is best to seek an in-person consultation.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
Dear Jasmine,First of all hope you are ok from the fall. Make sure steps are carpeted and that shoes have non slip soles.Divots in the bottom, fan come from fat necrosis locally, and also scar tissue from damaged skin.Fillers like sculptra, or fat may be helpful to fill in dimples. Further treatments with fillers and subcision may be needed if the skin doesn’t pop up.Best. Dr Brecht

Removal of permanent fillers following buttock injections is the same whether silicone liquid, PMMA, hydrogels, or others have been injected. In all cases surgery is required, sometimes extensive, to remove the problematic areas. Although a surgeon will need to be very strategic and remove as m...
Dear bhbee12, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, the buttocks can be augmented using implants or fat transfer. If you want to avoid surgery, you can try exercising in order to build your muscles. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you...
When you said “Sculptra results are not guaranteed and not worth it for the results”, you also unknowingly but perfectly explained the reason why not to do hyaluronic acid fillers as well. On the other hand, I am curious why you think you are not a candidate for cosmetic hip dip implants?...
