I am currently 4 weeks post opp. I had a mastopexy combines with an augmentation. Pre op I was a 34 B/C, now a 34 D. I got 250cc silicon implants under the muscle. I have some concerns with my breasts, one is sitting lower than the other, one nipple looks like it is a sideways oval and it is also smaller than the other one. Will this even out with time or can I have it fixed? I am really dissappointed.
