I've asked before but here's more info/pics. I've had 2 surgeries, both open. Second one left me with a small vascular issue by the incision. I assume that's what it is, my Dr didn't confirm. He was no help and did nothing for me. It healed on its own. I don't like my nose at all but I'd settle for at least 2 small changes. My bridge is flat and needs brought back up and one nostril/alar rim is too high and needs brought down. Is this possible? Or am I stuck?
