Is it safe to get a 3rd rhinoplasty after vascular issue? (photos)

Question

I've asked before but here's more info/pics. I've had 2 surgeries, both open. Second one left me with a small vascular issue by the incision. I assume that's what it is, my Dr didn't confirm. He was no help and did nothing for me. It healed on its own. I don't like my nose at all but I'd settle for at least 2 small changes. My bridge is flat and needs brought back up and one nostril/alar rim is too high and needs brought down. Is this possible? Or am I stuck?

I've responded to this in the past, but I believe progress can be made and this can be revised.  A revision rhinoplasty can be done.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, that is not likely to appear to be an area of necrosis, but rather an indent in the soft triangle of your nose. This can be addressed with a fascial graft during a revision. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If you would be satisfied filling in the small indentation that is seen on your profile view, and perhaps nostril symmetry improvement, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for filling me in the end and lowering the slightly retracted nostril.

If you were looking to lower the bridge for more of a curve, even though you had a vascular problem, bony work is likely still feasible. Bio narrative, however, I suspect you're looking for a perfectly straight nasal profile without that slight indentation below the tiny bump. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
