Is it safe to get a 3rd rhinoplasty after vascular issue? (photos)

I've responded to this in the past, but I believe progress can be made and this can be revised. A revision rhinoplasty can be done.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, that is not likely to appear to be an area of necrosis, but rather an indent in the soft triangle of your nose. This can be addressed with a fascial graft during a revision. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If you were looking to lower the bridge for more of a curve, even though you had a vascular problem, bony work is likely still feasible.
