I mainly see surgeons saying that noses cannot be enlarged much during revision because of the amount skin present. In my previous surgery my tip was over reduced. Excess coullumela skin was removed in operation. I want to project my tip more in revision(possibly even to the previous projection length), But it there isnt enough skin now in septum. Can V-Y advancement flap allow to make the strip of skin between nostrils longer and allow more cartilage insertion in septum for tip extension ?
