Is it not practical to bring nose inspo pictures to a consultation ? (Photo)

Hello I was just wondering if Drs rather us as possible patients not to bring "nose inspo" pictures with us? Is it naive to want something similar to what we have seen on our screens? I know that everyone face is different, it's not a one size fits all type of deal. The first 3 photos I attached are of me and the next 3 are of the nose I do like. As a dr is the nose I want "too fake" looking?
