Hello I was just wondering if Drs rather us as possible patients not to bring "nose inspo" pictures with us? Is it naive to want something similar to what we have seen on our screens? I know that everyone face is different, it's not a one size fits all type of deal. The first 3 photos I attached are of me and the next 3 are of the nose I do like. As a dr is the nose I want "too fake" looking?
Answer: Absolutely Helpful, but.... I think it is very important to see what you like. But in the end, simulation software designed to morph your photos will be most instructive for both you and your doctor to see what is possible and to align a final, agreed upon appearance that the doctor will use as his/her guide in the operating room.

Answer: Rhinoplasty People bring pictures in all the time showing me their dream nose. It’s perfectly okay with me and I think with most other surgeons as well. Bear in mind, however, that a lot of those photos are photoshopped.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. My personal bias is a smaller, more petit nose. Your wish pictures are appropriate. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate their on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Yes, But You Should Take The Angle Of These Photos Into Account. Nose surgery needs to be different for each face. The noses of the people in the photos you send look smaller and more prominent. In such a case, it is necessary to bring only the sample photos from the side and front as in the first photos. In general, since your nose is too large for your face, it should be made as small as possible and designed to make your lips stand out.

Answer: Possible, but not always what you'd expect I have been in practice 27 years. In the beginning of my practice many young ladies and gentlemen brought pictures of what they would like from their nose surgery. Unfortunately, that’s not always capable of being achieved. I think you have found a face that has a striking resemblance to yours. However, your nose appears to have thicker skin, and I am not sure that that particular nose would look “fake on your face”. The goal of a rhinoplasty, is so it should not be noticed on your face. It should be just another tree in the forest. If your nose is standing out, and people are asking you who did your nose, then it’s obviously not a natural looking nose, and you may be plagued with people, for the rest of your life, asking you, “Who did your nose. ?”Now there are some people who are born with the perfect nose, and I will bet you they never get asked who did their nose. And if that question comes up they can always answer ...God did it. I think your nose can be made into a very beautiful nose using the techniques that we have at our disposal at present. I would not consider your nose a horrible nose, therefore, it should be done by a very meticulous surgeon who understands how to make a nose be just another part of the face. It’s not that it won’t look good, but it will fit your face beautifully. There are certain aesthetic lines that the artists who do rhinoplasty surgery are aware of. There are plenty of surgeons that do rhinoplasty and are completely unaware of these are the artistical lines. I would hope you would seek a board-certified plastic surgeon with good results, and vet them very well with the use of reviews, and before and after photographs. It also would help you to see more than one surgeon and get an idea of a consensus out there. Each geographic area has a different aesthetic idea in this country. I don’t exactly know where you’re from, but there is not just one nose for every face. My job is to listen to you and try to get as close to what you would like but also to keep you out of trouble and disappointment!!! Lots of luck!!
